- Construction work commenced early 2013 with completion June 2013
- Photos were provided during the construction process so that the investors were able to see the work in progress

This property was carefully chosen for the client for development for two main reasons :

- The Location. The land is situated in an older established estate, Sanctuary Vista
As the investors were interstate and expecting their first baby, it was organized to have photos sent of the progress on a regular basis. Ipswich Granny Flats is based very close to the property, and it was great to see the progress of the build and a feel good thing all around.
